Meet the Dog Trainers
As a company, rescue dogs have always been near and dear to us at Darwin K9.
Ever since starting Darwin K9 in 2009, Alexia and Andy have donated hundreds of hours to training and behavior modification helping rehabilitate troubled, abused or mistreated dogs in various rescues and shelters around North Carolina and parts of Virginia. Darwin K9 has helped dog foster groups set up foster programs and have given talks and demonstrations on how to be a good dog foster parent. Alexia is currently finishing her first book which is aimed at taking dog foster parents through some of the common behavioral problems they will encounter and tips on best practices to help their foster pups prosper.
